Reset and Reroot Yoga

Through a gentle practice, you will build on the foundations of a new relationship with your postpartum body.

We will focus on restoration of breath, efficient movement and core connection.

Heal and evolve through this transitional period in life with self-nourishment where we prioritize function over form.


This class is suitable for new parents who have been cleared to participate in activity from their healthcare providers.


Additionally, this class can serve as a basic reset for ANYONE wishing to reset, realign, and reconnect to their core center as a way to safely progress into a more vigorous exercise program.


Leigh is a certified Restore Your Core (RYC)  Teacher and a certified Prenatal and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES). She has also completed Level 1, 2 and 3 Hypopressives Training System Certification with Trista Zinn in CA


This Class is a Four Week Series that meets once a week for 75 minutes. Reset, connect to your breath, and offer your orody grace as you build strength and mobility
